Dorothy; an executive affiliate marketer  at PW. She was among the first to notice that ticket introduction was exhibiting odd new. It began with removal of all products auto delivery that had set since three years ago. When she expected to buy a car in the following two years; just had bought it a year alone. The odd new mystery was solved into powerful tool for her business growth to earn more ever.

Surprisingly, Dorothy found out promoted to acting team leader of increasing thousand of people.

"This could be my chance to make a difference and get a permanent promotion that i thought." Dorothy considered herself the right person in the right team. All she needed was E-packs in amount to energize. During her usual working time, she expected what her hundred tickets would be. 

As she read past a display of emails written by teammates, it occurred to her that executive affiliates were more increased than years before. She wandered to know if affiliates were getting sluggish in communication about tickets.

Needing more evidence before she took more actions; Dorothy followed up until ninety days and figured out that the most affiliates clearly out performed with new system than former one, which further supported Dorothy's idea from the beginning.

My friend told me that he read PDP it taught him how to create a personal growth and professional development plan as he started by defining his results and motivation. Thereafter, he was able to determine the required skills to perform a self-assessment and identify one area that needs him to work on.
